If I'm not mistaken the Seagreen is a sex-linked mutation, so from a seagreen x normal pairing you will get hens that are seagreen and males that are normal (I don't know if they are then split to seagreen too).
With the pied thrown in there too, all will be split to pied even if they may not manifest the colour. Their offspring ofthis pair might show pied colouring, when paired up with pied or split pied partners.

If the cockbird is not split for sea green, all your young will be normals.
Cocks will be split for seagreen, I cant remember if 100% will be split or 50% Ill have to check when I get home on the weekend.
I breed them mainly Hen Seagreen and Cock Split.
Im not sure about this split for pied business either, Pied is autosomal Dominant so you should get 50% pied young with the partner no pied gene at all.

Ah thats it mackstaa! The cockbird needs to be seagreen to produce what i described above. Knew it was something like that.
I have an opposite pair, hen normal and cock seagreen and I get seagreen hens and normal males that could be split to SG.
As to pied I always assume anything with the pied gene in it's breeding carries it or could manifest it during later moults or in breeding lines. I have not found any birds for sale here that DON't have the pied gene. All my original stock I bought as normals turned pied on me two years later!

All my pieds are with normal partners, doesnt matter where they come from. They throw Pieds and normals.
Pied characteristic in Red throat parrotfinches is Dominant, hence the price is going down.

Not long ago I created genetic forecast for RT Parrot finches.
You can try and see the outcome.
Here is the outcome for pied, seagreen hen and normal cock.
