I have been looking through Ken Glasson & Harry Doven's new book Zebra finches in Australia, and I have decided I want the book!!! time to do some saving :D
but also, I checked out the isabels, and they are more than beautiful!!!! so again, does anyone know of any breeders this side of the ranges, or do I have to start looking through advertisements in zebra society mags?

Here's some of my red isabels

I'm going to use this cock to improve the amount of red, which is tricky in an isabel as red replaces black and a good isabel should have limited black

Actually saw a pair of normals on Friday and I do mean normals .

Amazing little bird , gawjus colours , makes me want to breed pure normals . I'm am a liker of the mutations but that's one bird that can not possibly be improved on .
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.
