hey gomer wat did you end up paying for the splits and the we masks. the splits should be fine. when you produce a blue that will be the difficult part you may have to bring a heater out for them.

Chris $100 a pair for we.thats the only reason i got them as i am about four hens short,I picked them out myself :D hopefully more hens then cocks. The splits had $250 for the pair i paid $200 as she did not want to take them home, and i did not want to keep them in a box for two nights. She had two more cock splits $80 each. And a hen blue with a split for $450.
Jarryd i will put them out within the next week when the weathers best.As you can see in the photo, the hen is ready, but that may change now with all the interuptions.

BREEDER'S COMMENTS: I breed all Gouldian mutations including Blue, Silver and Yellow.

[email protected] (found this on a finch website- have never spoken to him)

I know their is a website from a man by the name of Fred Fredericks
the price of the Blues this year is for the DF Blues $450 each, SF Factor $400 each, and the Splits are $200 each. (thats a reply from an email i sent him last yr inquiring about prices), nice man i think he is fairly old, he cage breeds blues. il try and find his website it was very good, i think if you seach Blue Gouldian in google, then australian pages only and i think its their somewhere.

Freds email is [email protected] ( and it seems on the website he has a new email)

Found his website, it looks to be updated.
