Ill keep you in mind Mickw for sure ...Just testing the water at the moment and a lot depends on what the Red Rumps produce over the next few months .

The license is a pain in the bum also since I swore Id never get another one but hey I'm a girl and allowed to change my mind :lol: .

Oh and the other obstacle .... partner is on aviary building strike as mentioned . Not as easy to talk around as usual so me thinks he means it :roll: .

Will try the old " leave brochures of overpriced ready mades on the coffee table trick " and see if that sways things a bit >

Purple Crowns in a conventional-type aviary with seed eaters will dirty the aviary; they will also eat seed if housed this way. Suspended aviary is the way to go if you want to do it right.

hey Nathan, saw some painted buttons today whwere I'm staying with billets and thought of you :D took a few pics but they're not very good. they move bloody fast!!!
