My ring size list is a bit different to this one , as you said its just a guide but buyer beware ...check the size chart or ask for help when buying leg rings .
Too big and too small = disaster .
Example
N=Red Rumps
However where I buy mine
MA = adult Red Rump
I get mine from Lentra .
Good guide though

Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

I have been using the Nation Finch and Softbill Society (NFSS) of America for leg band sizing help. They also have a alphebetical size as listed by 'Buzzard-1' but, more importantly they have a size in mm to two decimal places (eg. Size G - 2.89mm), as well as the species list. I have found if you can provide the company supplying you with a size in mm as well as a species to be banded the are often much happier.

I am interested in purchasing any of the more unusual Lonchura species and/or their subspecies. Particularly the Asian Munias or New Guinea Mannikins. If you have some and wish to sell them, PM me with the type, quantity and price
I will buy related or unrelated birds. I am also happy to organise and pay freight from anywhere in Australia.
