Well i stuck to my guns and instead of cutting back i have nearly doubled my stock and avairies and have a house inspection the other day and no more was said. I have spoken to the rest of the neighbours and they don't have any issues with my birds and they all have told me that the person in question is a trouble maker. I will put up some pics in the members finch photos
Cheers

yeh niebours are annoing sometimes. me dads neibour gave him some trouble when he wanted to build his shed they made him move it 15 meters towards the road( dads on 5 acres hous is set a bit away from the main road) so they could look out there kitchen window and look at the hills more better even though there not for 6 months of the year as they head up nort to warmer climate for the winter. so yeh they gave him a bit of greif when he was builden it

Glad it looks like most of your neighbours are decent sorts, with just the one who is a !@#$
But to all of you renters out there. When you rent a place get a clause put in your lease that
allows you to have aviarys, and if possible specify the area they are permitted to cover.
Landlords and Real Estate agents are in a possition to do this for you at the beginning of a
lease or at any time when the lease is renewed. And particularly if you are a good tenant
are quite often happy to do so when the lease is renewed. It also means that if a neighbour
complains the Landlord/Real Estate can cite the terms of your lease as a reason why they
can't do anything.
To help the undesirable neighbour.
Yes I am a private landlady.
