Please excuse my total ignorance about finches, we have just become nearly acquired parents of zebra's and a mated painted pair. I was looking for pictures of paintes's eggs and came across your forum
And looking around, I know this is going to help us greatly!!We have 6 mated pairs of Zebra's, 2 of which have laid and hatched young. Currently they are about 5 days old, weird looking, just finding their voices
Our painted pair has just started laying eggs, but has had the nest taken over by the other Zebra pair. So I have just bought another cage to put the painted's in, along with our canary pair....
