Hi Everyone
I kept Zebra Finches as a boy. My Dad built a reasonably large aviary and we had Canaries, budgies and cockatiels as well.
Many years later I got into lovebirds and plumhead parrots. Lovebirds must be the most misnamed species of all time. Quite vicious really. Had a really unfortunate experience with a rat and my lovebirds. Lets say I am now pretty meticulous about rodent protection.
Recently a friend purchased some Gouldians for me. Now back into the finches, with Gouldians, Red Masked, and Tri-coloureds.
Busily acquiring more aviaries!!!
