I’m waiting for the Crimson-bellies to drop in price, sadly just like with the Nyassa, Fischer and Masked lovebirds they are already being crossed with Green cheeks by stupid breeders.

Yep I dont get any of this , why stuff up already beautiful birds by breeding them to other types/species ?

So far this year I have seen Bluebonnets x Red Rumps ( attempting ) and Musk x Scaly .

I ended up finding a home for the green cheek with a lovely couple that already have lots of birds, just not any inside ones. We agreed that $50 with his cage was a fair price. And the bird is very happy now coming out of the cage to crawl around on his new owners every day. :)

The sun conures I heard at the local bird place are deafening, no wonder he puts the parrots in a separate room :D
