Ive been reading the International Express (Tuesday April 12)....it takes time to get to me as my Mum and Dad read it first.....
Anyway, was reading the health section and it seems that we as bird keepers should be the happiest people. According to the newspaper is says that spending five minutes a day listening to bird singing can help you beat the blues. Five minutes of bird song can decrease childrens fear of needles.
So taking time to listen as well as watch your birds could be beneficial to your health. :D

ImageWonder if you can overdose on happiness via bird singing? I spent all afternoon cleaning out bird cabinets and tomorrow its aviary cleaning time.

Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.
