blue faced parrot finches
Are blue faced parrot finches easy to look after an breed do they have eney special needs do they mix well with gouldians,zebras and mannikans an is $85 dollers an ok price to pay for them? an what kind of breeding aids do they need an eney othere info ... thanks .

I've been told that they can be aggressive but not sure how true that is. I would just make sure over crowding is not an issue. They don't need any special housing or dietary requirements and are fairly easy to look after.

They aren't aggressive to other species. They are large active finches so they can appear a little boisterous at times but don't generally attack or interfere with other finches. More of a challenge than Zebs & Bengos but not all that different to Gouldians. They are omnivorous so will adapt to most finch foods & are definitely the easiest PF to breed consistently. $85 is a bit rich from a breeder but may be fair retail price (I wouldn't know). Should be able to get some from a breeder for $40 to $60pr.
