Hi does any forumn members breed their own crickets. If so can you share with us the methods used in breeding them. I have read Marcus's Article on his site but would like to know other breeders experiences as I would like to set up my own breeding room for them.

He did Mick . They need an even temp of around 30 degrees, I tried a few years ago in the shed , got a few small ones around spring but as it got to hot in summer it pretty much cooked them.
Was only experimenting with them in a fish tank , as that was all I had handy at the time it can be done in 40ltr plastic containers and a lot of old egg cartons for housing, providing the room they are in is insulated and a regulated heat source and your set, beside its a lot cheaper and quieter for me to by around 5000 for about $66. but now i have the bigger place it will be on the cards..pete
