I was at a discount chemist today and saw a mix of crushed linseed, crushed almonds and crushed sunflower kernals.
Thought this could be good in the breeding season to add to the soft food what do you think?

Its called LSA and I use it in my bird bread , very sure someone else on here uses it as a softfood for his finches . Yes good stuff for humans and birds .
