My husband was reading the paper and he called out to me saying there were two birds trying to kill the third right outside the family room window. By the time I got there the 2 doing the attacking had gone and this guy here was on his side. All the birds were the same, New Holland Honeyeaters.
He is now in the cage on top of the printer covered with a towel till he regains his faculties, which judging by the sounds coming from the cage wont be too long.
