Went to the Warragul sale
a small sale but a nice drive
Noted some nice Kakariki’s
One seller had the following:
Green split pied
Green pied
Cinnamon Pied
Fallow $100 each
BEC $100 each
Lutino $150 each
Some birds were a little small; however it was nice to see a dedicated breeder.
I also noted several very nice Violet Fischer lovebirds (it’s a transmutation from Mask), these were very pure looking and according to the seller 7th gen which is 127/128 breed – 99.21875% Fischer/0.78125% Mask, someone had obviously put the effort into them.

Wasn't that bad same faces. Same drill push push or be pushed.. Few finches found some bargains. Bought pair of pink ruddies. ( hen pied).. & pair of PF.. .. I'll only buy if the birds are young not fully coloured... For iv learnt my lesson from few sellers..you know who to buy off & who to stay away from... Iv only missed 2 sales this year in Vic geelong & ararat.. & noticed not many finches are being bought or sold... Best option when going to bird sale leave your credit card at Hme

Took a drive to Warragul sale, got there just after it opened, sheesh not so squeezy, mostly parrots and yes the pied kakas were quite nice, one guy had female bloods not sure how many, pied cordon bleus and a few other finches but the sale cages were small and dark making quite hard to see the birds, a bit of white paint would have made it more easy to see what was inside, came home with empty cages this time.
