My Diamond doves are breeding.

Today I looked in the diamond doves nest,
And I saw that they had 2 little whit eggs when I bought them the pet shop owner sed that they would breed in a couple of months and that is exactly what they did.

just be careful near the nest , your two eggs can become one in no time , they build the flimsiest of nests and still rear two babies , well done ....pete

Mine have built the most ridiculous nest on a beam in a corner above the entrance door :crazy:
3 sticks and that's a nest .
Around the corner they have a cup nest with felt but nooooo .

Dizziest bloody birds I own , and to try and catch them means the other inmates end up knocked up and panicked .
Accept that some days you are the pigeon, and some days you are the statue.

Well that’s not a problem,
My diamond doves have nested in a massive cup nest with hay in it and swamp grass so no chance of them rolling off hopefully.
