I have been offered a pair of young black head normal gouldian finchs. Do I give in and accept them or politely refuse? I have never had gouldian finches before. I currently have 3 and a half pairs of zebs that I am keeping (the half will remain so until I find him a suitable mate), 2 bengalese finchs (sex unknown), 2 pairs of king quail & 6 cockatiels (2 of which are a pair, other 4 dont know what they are doing). They are all kept in 3 avairies. The first is 1.5x1.5m and the other 2 are 1.7x.15m each.

Providing your avairy is protected from the elements and not damp they should be ok and can mix with the other finches but i would not put them with the cockatiels.
