Hey guys, just a question here..... My two male silver quails bred from their own parents are now starting to fight for their mum and basically killing the father as there are feathers everywhere. So I ended up moving the pair to the zebra aviary and now I'm left with two male quails in the gouldians aviary.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how many quails I should get for them or even get rid of one then get 2 hen quails for the male left over. Thing is I don't reallY want to split up the two as they are both really bonded..

Seperate your male quails eventually they will scalp each other .

I would put mum and dad back into their avairy and the boys in the other avairy. Just because mum and dad were obviously happy enough to breed there. Then I would advertise to swap one of your boys for a hen and the cash difference.
