Free flying Macaws
Come on Nathan , we need more details mate .
A wild population ? I would have thought they would be way too brightly coloured to avoid being a target for predatory birds or people who might want to take one or two home in the boot

Well there was a very healthy flock of about 10-15 scarlet and green wing macaws and that just what I saw.There could have been many more. And there were also eclectus parrots in the flock.

Nathan did the birds try and land on you as well. The ecky might by the looks of it sitting on the roof but that macaws huge beak looks to scarey to trust. Thanks for sharing your family moment.
