Today at 5pm the phone rang and it was the owner of the Conure we found last week,it had travelled about 500 metres from there house to ours, they lost it on Wednesday and we found it on thursday.
When they turned up the bird was very happy to see them,i could tell he missed his owners, they where a nice family too.
The conures name was Copy.
They saw our flyer at the local shop.
The owner showed me a few tricks he does,Copy has a special stick which he sits on and you could carry him around on it.

Everyone was very happy

Great job Harvey  with morals like that you must have at least one good parent teaching you to do the right thing and then there's Dad

great result!! just wondering did the owners offer to pay your costs for flyers ect? I thought it was very good of you to go to the expence and trouble you did especialy when you were not planning to keep bird yourself even if unclaimed
