Hello everyone! I'm very new here and new to owning finches.
I currently have 2 normal zebra finches and 2 gouldian finches which I have just found out are both boys
I am in the process of setting up my outdoor aviary and am looking forward to getting a few more varieties!
Any tips or suggestions for setting up will be much appreciated, I dont really know all the different types of finches but I know I want a few bright coloured ones but also I think I need double barred finches!
I am in the geelong area and would love to chat to some breeders so I can not leave the aviary empty for too long!!

Ok well for a starters what sort of breeding boxes should I be putting in the aviary? In my cage inside I have some breeding baskets that my zebras have claimed but Im not sure if ill need something else outside

Welcome to the forum. Read the build section and you will get some ideas on how to build the best avairy for your area. Remember when looking at ideas to see where people are so you allow for weather differences.
