white millet and millet sprays for moult

Nearly time for the gouldians to start there moult, will a diet of white millet and millet sprays be enough for there health through there moult, any help will be good, thankyou.

I usually like to add vitamins and minerals to their water and leb cucumber as well, I use a basic finch mix which has a mixture of different millets red panicum and canola to this I also add plain Canary. Due to a stressful period for birds I believe that any extra vitamins and minerals wouldn't hurt them at all.

A diet of white alone will start to trigger the moult, then once they have started, up the diet to be simillar to the breeding diet, once finished, back on to a basic diet to shed a few pounds, then late summer, back to the breeding diet to start them up again.
