have never had this mutation pop up before and just wondering if anyone has seen it or something like it before. parents are a black face and orange breasted fawn.
what i find weird is that the tips of its wings are fawn and the other looks a silvery colour. any thoughts??

gents, be patient. that fledgling needs to go through a moult before its adult colouration is known. before that, any discussion of a new mutation is pre-emptive. (it's pretty, though!)

Wait till it actually fledges but looks to be a Red Breasted Fawn but you will have to wait.
