should i sell the male then ? or just leave them they have laid 3 eggs atm .

Dude, leave them alone if they are sitting on eggs.
Any offspring may be split for cinnamon +/- fawn, or if that cock is split they may come out fawn or cinnamon.
Be sure to tell anyone you may sell the birds to about their genetic makeup.
He looks a very handsome bird, I would keep him anyway.
Find out from whoever you got them from whether the cock is possibly a split, and post a photo of the hen's back or a closer-up version of the tiny photo above if you want better opinions.
If you only just got them, why the rush to sell them?
