Dilute blue and dominant silver zebra

Are these 2 mutations the same ??

Blue and Silver, 2 different shades plus the ideal Silver would have White cheek patches compaired to the Blue having the biscuit colour cheek patches. 2 different birds

Also both are Dominant, and you will get Silvers thru the Dilute Blue.

So is there any difference in the hens? Should the hens have cheek patches?
I have bred a charcoal blue/silver cock to fawn hen and got very light cream hens. Will try and post photo.
