hey guy/gals
i have been away from aff for awhile but i am back.with in that time to now i have lost two birds but might be gainning 5+.
the two birds i lost were 1) my first white white cockatiel(it died in the nest) and 2)my most saddest momment sookie flew away she was my cockatiel but my bro shanny2 said in a post that she was a family pet but its mine.she would fly to me on command and if i were cooking something i would shuew her away so she does not get burned but wen i am finished she would evither be perched on a certain poll or on one of my brothers shoulders she would fly straight to me at the sight of me. sooky will be missed,but the lady who sold me sooky said she has 2, i was going to buy them but they were wild so she said she would handrear a baby for me and i would go pick it up wen she finished.the 2 tiels she hade were spangle and normal grey, i was gonna pick the spangle coz i have only normals.i consider myself an experiaced bird carer/breeder than shanny2 heres why:
1)i may lost some birds during the winter(i lost 2m tiels,2 budgies and 1 rosella)
2) but i countered the cold by putting birds in different cages and puted them in the garage i cover them with a sheet at night until the winter was over
3)my first tiel clutch are still alive(1 went to my nans,1 i sold and the last one i kept for future stock)
4)wen i ment by gainning 5+ i mean i might cause i have budgie eggs

and i need advice on pair breeding or colony breeding budgies and tiels
