just when I thought things had slowed right down. in the space of three days had 5 gouldians fledge from a nest I didnt know was there.
3 red cheeked cordons came out of somewhere yesterday and 2 black rumped double bars (these guys I did know about).
as far as I know there is only one goudian pair and a pair of emblemas still sitting now, hope I'm proved wrong though

I think mine are almost done, I had a nest of gouldians hatch yesterday but I think thats the last for the season.

2 nests of gouldians hatched in the last week 4 in one and 2 in the other. Emblema sitting on eggs the due date was yesterday so not holding out much hope for those especially after the dramas I had just getting the one baby they produced. Also eggs in the Senegal nest, so wait and see with them. Saw one of the canaries flying around with feathers and grasses in the beak cant see where the nest is yet.

just when i thought it was safe to pack up for winter . i found two nests of red face pf and two nest of hecks . i will have to stop them so i can consentrate on the up coming softy season.....pete
