We don't have too much happening yet :(

A possible split we received from mackstaa was on eggs, but they were infertile. Everyone is definitely very active!

Waiting to come out and find some girls sitting :)

Quails have no problem at least....

Due to the extremely hot and humid conditions we are experiencing I have not put nests in yet.

I only paired up my birds and put nests in last week. Some birds are showing interest but no frantic action yet apart from a male from Flavio that jumped on the hen within 15 seconds of her being put in with him (and she still hasn't responded as far as I can tell).

good start in my back yard to....3 pairs with young, another 3 on eggs...and plenty of nest inspections from the other 6 or 7 pairs....

Tino, one of those blue cocks i got from you has gone to nest with a nice YB hen.....and she is sitting nice and tight...lucky as i haven't seen the cock do too much of the sitting duties....although maybe he's doing his fair share whilst I'm at work

cheers, Paul

Well done everyone,

With evryone talking of success I can only say, My birds are crook.....cannot explain it....the birds want for nothing & they are losing weight and one is looking like he is at death's door.
I have wormed them, with Moxi plus, given them spark... In the process of reworming with S76 also hopefully combatting air sac mite and giving them the quik gel just to boost them along.....I have also spoken with Rob Marshall.
I'm at a loss.....All birds are housed in separate large breeding cages & all have gone through a rigerous quarantine process.....Oh well these are my troubles....

But I am pleased that people are having success...Maybe mine may get the urge (the healthy ones at least) to do something soon...

Cheers
