sounds good paul, thanks for the dimensions of the containers too.

i was pretty good with my guess on them continuing growing green seed :)

i suppose too if everyone ordering green seed can be diligent in paying paul, when he requests it, that will make the end process run smoothly and we should receive the green seed with no delay :)

misso :)

you are welcome guys....I hope we are feeding it to our birds in about 2-3.

Nathan (Brooksy)...judging by the number of views to this topic I hope you are right....and then we can reduce the price even further if we reach a total of 378 containers (1 pallet)...cheers, Paul

Hi All,

Spoke to Ray this morning and he advised that because of the rain in the past few days they have not started harvesting yet....they hope to get the equipment in the fields by Sunday.....I will call him again on Sunday to get an update and will post accordingly...cheers, Paul

Hi Flavio,

I took a few photos of the adult male yesterday......In the sun the head appears to have a distinct blue cover.....however in the shade it looks like a normal smokey.....once I work out how to post photos on the forum I will put them up....the same pair from last year now have 2 young about 12 days old....the young cock from last year (now 11 months old) still hasn't fully moulted....so I'm not holding out too much hope from him this year...either way I will show them to you when you pick up the green seed.....cheers, Paul

Hi All

LATEST UPDATE

Ray believes the seed still needs another 3-4 days before being ready to harvest.....whilst I'm sure the waiting is killing you (as it is me) we have to wait for nature to do what she does best....and leave it up to Ray/Wendy Lowe as to when the best time to harvest will be....they are the experts.

So Ray has told me he will call me towards the end of next week....so that's when I will post my next update.

At the end of the day the wait is thrustrating.....but we are in the same position as everyone else....just waiting!!!

Cheers,
Paul
