This poor little hen hates the weather here at the moment - as does the rest of us.

I put a light on in their aviary when ever the temp drops too much, everyone has the odd snooze around it but this little hen has decided it is home base.

Hope not, she seems bright and active otherwise - does of lots of flying sorties around the cage.
Unless she is masking it

Though not even the chooks are venturing out today

She might be a little confused, it's the April Sun IN Cuba, not the April Sun for Cuban

I have found that my Cubans like to nest in a plastic enclosed ball. Hope she does not think this is a heated nest. Last season mine used a rat ball, hanging within 10/15cms of the roof. They currently have a nest almost completed in an old light fitting also hanging within 10/15cms of the roof. So maybe try putting something of this type in for her use, with a small globe nearby.
