OK this is gonna be hard to beleive but I was recently told about Dubbo councils war against starlings . Got on the net and now I know its true will share.
Dubbo council sprayed the trees in the main street with a halucinagetic liquid in a bid to get rid of the starlings....thsi was meant to make the birds have bad trips and thus make them go away.
OK firstly why would they go ???? They may actually like it .
Next what about the cockies that that also get in the same trees , could this be why they have started breaking of branches and dropping them on pedestrians heads or why they have started to totally destroy any wooden window sill in the CBD , or as I recently saw one land on a car bonnet and then snap of the aerial just for fun.
Dont know whether this is funny or not , I did have a chuckle when it was just about starlings but now Im concerned for the cockies , or should I be concerned for my self after all hundreds of cockies on mind altering drugs could be cause for concern.....all I can say is what idiot thought of this plan .
