In science a "fair" quotation for the purpose of review would be 10% otherwise please just point readers to the site you think would be valuable. I think we are much more lenient here but you should put in the link for everyone to go to the source or AFF may find itself feeling some heat.

Ive skimmed , am going to need a large coffee to get through that read anyhoo yes .... birds eating clay , Im sure its not because clay tastes good but rather the minerals found in the clay ....self medicating indeed .
