Well Ive just about out of green seeding grasses and Sunflowers now so whats somr good winter type stuff for the weed patch please ?

Try milk thistles,silverbeet,wintergrass and chickweed the white flowered one,not the orange flower one but might be a bit early for these,and of coarse sprouted seed. Cheers Craig

Chickweed (the white one) is Stellaria media http://www.kingdomplantae.net/chickweed.php
The orange one is Scarlet Pimpernel Anagallis arvensis http://www.ppws.vt.edu/scott/weed_id/angar.htm
There is also a blue flowering form of Anagallis arvensis http://www.birdperch.com/blog/uploaded_ ... nel-03.jpg
