Hi all,
Im looking at dedicating an aviary or 2 to breeding Zebra finches. What colour mutations are most popular? From what Ive read there are lots of colour mutations and it all gets a little overwhelming in the end!

Good pure greys are worth a cage as are charcoals, aluminas, reds. I particularly like cream backed - very classy looking.

Isabel's are also one of my favourite. I have a few red Isabels at the moment. Not for sale but when they breed I'll be able to sell off the splits.

Pieds are nice too. Sounds like you will need at least 6 avairys.
