Following up from that, I assume people in NSW add that $30 price onto the advertised price. Throw transport costs onto that and the Victorians are certainly being encouraged to "shop locally."

It's often less about the $30 and more about the time it takes to get an export licence. I've waited up to 6 weeks - ridiculous! And they wonder why some people don't bother with paperwork.
