havent had a cat in the backyard for months, something to do with a blue heeler that hates cats. not even the cat that lives here is game enough to go out the back

Over time my dogs have scared the living daylights  out of the local cat population that had the nerve to scale the fence. With new neighbours over the back a couple of gardens down their cat has now been given some freedom. Apart from frightening the birds it just annoys me that people can just let their cats out knowing that they will poop/pee in someone elses garden. There would be war declared if I just popped my dogs over into someones backyard to poop/pee and sniff about.
