something that could cause this is having an out of date browser.
the board works fine when using IE8 and Firefox

Looks like you were right- by increasing the resolution I was able to fix the problem but now the post informationa and the Avitar have disappeared and because the font is so small I have to wear my glasses to read the posts! I guess you can't have everything. Perhaps I'll just live with it.

Im running IE8 and the latest Firefox 3.6 screen res is 1024x768 the screen is still the same
What should the screen res be?

Anyone else have 3 types of search icons running into the body of the bird on the right hand side of the banner?

I'm using 1600 x 900 and my page orientation is set for landscape, dont know if that will help

above the logout button (which is located on the right of screen, with the FAQ, Chat, Calendar & members buttons) there is an A.
by clicking on that you can increase the size of the font you view the forum in.

Ive changed my screen res to 1280x1024 and the text and avatar are now in the right place and the search things are over to the right not on the bird.
As Greg said the text is smaller, even with the large text selected but I can live with that.

edit....Ive just clicked View and Page style and selected the A+++ and the text seems a little larger so that may help Greg.

try the zoom under View that made a difference too.
