When I saw a "needler" sex an empty carry-box as a "definite" hen, as proof of his powers . . I became a skeptic

No offence taken here,This is just what I expected in this poll/discusion.Not many people do it.They are out there though, ALot of people would not of even have heard about it. But now a few more have.Love the emotion people have in thier beliefs. :lol:

By the way they still taking tolls on that bridge,maybe a good investment.

Hi Gomer,

there is no harm in trying everything I say! But I must ay I am not a believer.

A much respected and well known breeder here in Qld uses a wedding ring for Diamonds.

I came up with a new method for sexing Diamonds (based on visual sexing). We had a competition to see whose method was more accurate.

Mine was 85% accurate on mature birds, and 99.9% on immature birds.

The ring was 58% accurate.

So over 50% makes you wonder, but less than 70% still makes me think it is coincidence.

Nah, I know for a fact that has been sold, my daughter bought it :lol: (she has a thing about Paris and the tower)

How is it supposed to work? What is causing the needle to move and why would it be different from male to female?
