finches with budgies and weiros?

Budgies are notorious for chewing the feet off of finches – I kid you not and I have seen it with my own eyes! I wouldn’t let a budgie within a bull’s roar of my finches – not to mention the nasty diseases aviary bred budgies harbour… :thumbdown:

IMO budgies are a pain the you know what....... they chew everything and eat and eat and eat!!!!

As stated earlier I would definitely not put finches in with budgies.

I have never had a problem with finches and cockatiels, they have their little spats but the finches keep out of their way.

I have a budgie in a separate cage than the finches, and the budgie will bite anything. It has even chewed through several little toys etc. So I can imagine what it would be like with finches.
