Welcome to the Forum. Sounds like you are doing OK with the breeding. Just took this add out of the "Quokka" local W.A. rag to give you an idea of prices here.

Hi it,s dark and cold ,light at 8 and dark at 4 about 6-10 degres in day 0=6 at night but 22degres in bird room

Well you and the birds at least have it comfortable indoors. Only 8 hours of daylight, while we are light from about 5.30/6 to 7/7.30 that's a big difference.
