Both are siblings (different clutches). Are they fawn or cinnamon stars?

What's the difference you'd be looking for? I can't very well go catch them up now - it's dark!Craig52 wrote:You need to show us their rump colour Sam. Craig
I was going with Cinnamon which is sex linked (fawn is recessive).Lachlan1 wrote:50/50 chance... I'll go with fawn.
Thanks Sam, I will take as gospel. Could not believe in the hutongs (read alleyways with communal toilets/showers) that they had these birds with harnesses on them sitting outide happy as Larry. There were different birds as well but SWMBO hurried me up. No photos. Actually she is XSWMBO.!SamDavis wrote:Chinese Grosbeak - Eophona migratoria - http://www.efinch.com/species/haw.htm
In the fawn the tail is pink and the cinnamon remains red. Check it out tomorrow. CraigSamDavis wrote:What's the difference you'd be looking for? I can't very well go catch them up now - it's dark!Craig52 wrote:You need to show us their rump colour Sam. Craig
