If you guys want, I quickly threw together some designs... All the pictures are either from this site, or are creative commons, which means they can be used without breaching copyright...
Edit: Text doesn't look clear enough.. I'll fix that now

Great Idea - my only comment is that some people already belong to local clubs that have shirts already - and you can only wear one t-shirt!
So ... maybe also include a hat?

The first shirt was done as an experiment and it worked, but it told me that the design was a failure.
The lettering was too small so it is back to the designer this morning.
At this stage what I am trying to do is create some wording on a shirt that will attract attention in the short term.
Before we get twenty different designs all which would most likely be good, we need research.
There are a number of factors we must look at. Later it may be a range from a pin on badge which once the design work is done is
reasonably cheap to produce, to hats and to shirts. Shirts are popular but can be expensive, a decent Polo shirt at $20,badge work $5 to $15
plus postage.Lets rush slowly, design art work costs between $50 and $100 depending on how much work is required.
Give me some more time as want to sort this part out quickly. Then we will see what can be done, if not here maybe overseas but I personally would rather have made in Aust.

I think your designs are excellent but the cost would be so high few could afford them.
To get something like that I would need to go off shore and order in multiples.
What I eventually want to do is gear up that we can do singles to order.
Some one makes contact and simply says I want a Blue Polo size XL and to be sent to such an address
It can be done then and no waiting until I we have 10 to be done.
