prior to the rat invasion my diamonds were breeding very well. i HAD about 100 birds and they consumed one plastic container of milk millet per week. now at $28 a container purchased in Sydney plus freight that was a pretty steep eating experience.
the green millet might be pretty good BUT once youngsters had fledged - i couldn't see any difference in health/fitness of the young.
did they like it YES! - is it a waste of money NOT SURE - i suppose it's like comparing junk food to quality food. if you were unaware junk food was not good for you - you'd be none the wiser.
i have sold about 2500 mini donuts in the last couple of weeks. we all know their junk food BUT it doesn't stop my customers eating them
anyway if things go really bad i can always throw away the donuts and eat the millet. when i come into breeding condition -watch out l,o.l.
