Re cobalt budgies. As far as I can tell from your photos.[1] is a cobalt spangle.[2] is a yellow-face cinnamon spangle violet. [4] Two front birds are Lt. blue greywings, bird three is a yellow-face cobalt, bird four is a violet cinnamon. The cinnamon variety washes out the violet colour to a delicate lilac. Hope this helps.

And as cinnamon is sex linked in all birds, your young cinnamon is a boy, cause the mum is cinnamon. Mum is a real mix, and from the young shown Dad must be too.
