Unfortunately Tiaris this is happening everywhere with all the woodland robins on the east coast declining rapidily. Here in the Hunter, the Hooded, Flame and Scarlet Robins are of great concern with Jacky and Red-cap also dropping steadily.
Not quite everywhere; I hadn't seen Jacky Winters here for more than twenty years until the last couple of years; I've been seeing them quite regularly, they seem to be making at least a local comeback. The hooded is long gone from here.

Actually,that is a very interesting pic Sam.If you look at it long enough there appears to be a left hand view and a right hand view of the same bird in the nest,or am i just going loopy :crazy: Craig :thumbup:
