Yes he had his first tantrum today , didnt like the catalogue beside his perch and went into the whole wings spread , head roll and scream thing they do ....

I thought it was funny but the poor princess didnt like it at all ...she has a very healthy respect for that beak .

spose another up date is in order ...He / she has settled into a routine now . He is really fitting in to the household well .
Mornings he doesnt scream until he is uncovered then he has a wander around the house followed by breakfast out the back , then into his cage for the day in the fresh air /sun( comes out when we are out side ), on sundown the screaming starts which we let him do for up to 20 minutes ( Corellas need to scream apparantly ) then its into the computer room with my partner ( with toys ) , then between 10 and 10.30 he toddles up the hall way to the lounge , climbs up on the arm and screams again until partner goes out with him to watch Top gear .

Between 11 and 11.30 he starts screaming again and nudging partners hand which means he wants to go to bed .

Sounds like a lot of screaming but its not , Corellas only have one volume and thats loud .

He talks a bit now and HELLO is his fav word followed by WANNA FOGGY which we thinks means YOU WANT A FLOGGING . He barks , he barks hanging upside down , he barks with his head in a toilet roll and he barks while laying on his back doing something ungodly with a pine cone .

His big beak doesnt bother me now at all ...He comes when called and shapes up when told to shut up .

Just like the Kids?

Taught her to dance ...she doesn't dance she extreme headbangs .
Offer her a treat ...she throws herself down and sulks .
Hangs upside down and screams just for fun .
Chases sparrows screaming like a banshee.
Asks me "are you ready " and I dont know what for .
Took a premeditated swipe at my eye just because she wasn't allowed to chew a power cord.
Attacks Milly ( my fluffball poochie ), they have all out fights over who is going to sit on other half .

All I can say is LUCKY SHE IS CUTE and mostly very entertaining but sheesh what a fruit loop.

So what your saying is he fits in the family perfectly
