Ok just gone up into my birdroom and checked on all my birds. My best pair of bengals that are rearing 5 chicks usually are very successful. I just found 2 of the 3 randomly dead. Nothing wrong with them to look at , good weight. One was on the floor and the other in the nest. These two chicks have fallen out the nest whilst younger and i have had to put them back myself.
Is this normal?
Found 2 bengal chicks dead (weaning age)

Well it is sort of normal to find young chicks out of the nest. Reasons for this is unknown but two reasons as to why this can occur is there is something wrong with the chick or when the parents leave the nest they may have knocked the chick out. When chicks are close to fledgling age some chicks may jump early due to limited space, bullied out by sibling, mites or dirty nest or hunger. As for why you list them at weaning age I would not have a clue.
