LIterally stumbled accross this site when desperately searching for a reputable Goudian breeder in Dubbo. Traditionally I have always had parrots.. These days I still care for 3 rescued Parrots(37 yr Old Male Suphur, 8 yr Old female Rainbow Lorrie, and 7 Yr Old Male Green Ring neck) all very tame and talkers. I have had experience hand raising the odd canary chick which gets abandoned in my mothers canary aviary, and also house a number of Geese, ducks, Chooks, and a Peacock on our Property just out side of Dubbo. My interest in Finches is because they are just so pretty, and really very sweet. My 6 yr old niece summed it up perfectly when she said 'Aunty compared to the other birds you have they are like little fairies'... So I have decided to get some pretty little finches to further enrich my enviroment
