Hi all,

Baby is 2 weeks and 2 days old, the last few times I have checked he doesn't seem to have any food in his crop. At this age how often should the parents be feeding him?

He is growing quite quickly and is moving around, eyes open, so I'm sure he is getting enough sustenance.

The parents don't seem to spend much time in the nest any more, is all of this normal??

Thanks

Tracey

As long as he seems fit and goes to bed with a full crop I would not worry. But as he grows increase the morning greens so the parents can give him a big healthy breakfast.
