G'day, Andy here. I have recently emptied my cage of canaries and thought I would get back into Finches. I have had Zebras, Cordon Bleu and Cubans in the past successfully. I have however had no luck at all with Gouldians. Each pair I buy live for a year or two (don't breed) then die. Cold, disease? I dunno. Also wondering if you can recommend any dust or similar to disinfect my cage after the canaries, just in case of residual disease.
Cheers
Andy
PS I think this forum is a great resource for all finch fanciers. Well done.
Steven
